Everyone wants to maintain smooth, acne-free skin, but how?

Introduction

Acne causes insecurities among younger people, which sometimes lowers their self-esteem. They end up thinking that the pimples on their faces or zits on their thighs or backs make them less beautiful. I know having acne can be embarrassing, especially if you have whiteheads on your face and you haven’t noticed their presence-and you’re with your friends!

How this acne occurs

Pimples are primarily caused by clogged skin pores. Other causes include adolescent hormones, genes from parents, and certain face products such as lotion, cleansers, or cosmetics. Acne can also be caused by medications that alter the amount of oil produced by your glands.

Other factors that do not directly contribute to clogged pores but can exacerbate them include certain foods, clothing, backpacks, or other garments that rub against your skin, humid conditions, stress and anxiety, picking at your pimples, and washing or scrubbing your skin too hard.

How moisturizers cause acne

As mentioned earlier, face products can cause acne. This is how it happens; when you use too much moisturizer on your skin.

As a result, the skin produces less moisture on its own, leaving a dry layer beneath the lotion. Your skin only absorbs what it needs, so any excess moisturizer product will simply sit on top of your face, attracting dirt and bacteria, which will then accumulate in your pores and cause acne.

Furthermore, if you have oily skin, using too much moisturizer can cause your body to produce more oil, causing your sebum production to go haywire. As a result, there will be more acne and blackheads.

It’s also important to know that dry skin can cause acne.

Conclusion

The issue isn’t the type of lotion you’re using; it’s that you’re using too much of it, and your body will only take what it needs, leaving an oily layer on your skin that attracts bacteria and dirt. Acne is caused by the accumulation of bacteria and dirt on your skin, which clogs your pores.

Treatment of clogged pores

  • Using oil free products or those which won’t clog your pores.
  • Cleaning and moisturizing your skin regularly and moderately to avoid the dryness of the skin.
  • Using products that help in cleaning dirt, oil and other debris on the skin such as salicyclic acid.

How to prevent clogged pores

  • Sticking to one skin care routine; that which is right for your age, skin type and skin concerns.
  • Avoid touching your skin with unwashed hands to prevent dirt and bacteria from habiting on your skin.
  • Avoid using oils on your face, such as coconut and olive oils.
  • Keep your skin clean and moderately moisturized at all times.
  • Never pick at or pop your pimples.

The question is, Are you Happy in your relationship?

Being in a relationship doesn’t guarantee happiness.
At first, you’ll be optimistic. But as time goes by, your partner’s personality starts to shout out in your face. This is because he/she is comfortable having you around, and doesn’t have the fear of being judged.

You will say it’s good to have such a kind of person who won’t judge you no matter what. The person who will accept you the way you are. The person who will cherish your flaws. And you will put all your trust in that same person. But is that the case?-Well, am afraid that you are right. That’s what’s happening nowadays.

Some people who thought that having you in their lives was the best decision they’ve ever made will now start retracting slowly from you.
And soon you’ll be dating yourself. Isn’t that a shame?

No one is to be trusted. Trust God and yourself. Committing to your partner is a nuisance-Just live your life.
After all, everything has an end, as you are born and someday you will depart from this world.

Hard to get

People who have been single for too long are the hardest to love :

Because they have become so used to being single, independent and self sufficient that it takes something extraordinary to convince them that they need you in their life.

Just shoot your shot

You are holding back your feelings for that girl because she is a people pleaser. Your friends call her, ‘mali ya umma‘ because she belongs to the streets. But what does your heart tell you? It’s pumping more blood that before when you see her.

Remember there was this character in the bible who had a wife who was a prostitute but he didn’t leave her. He accepted her the way she was. And that was love. So don’t be foolish. Shoot your shot. Embrace that love you have.

Thank God you were not aborted, ju weeeuh

This is a story about a girl. A freshman in the University. She was pregnant, and she wanted to abort the child.

After many debates on her mind she decided to consult the school authorities who advised her not to kill the child, because she never knows, that child may help her in future.

She took the advice positively and went on to deliver the child in her mother’s home. She was happy afterwards.

So, do you think you might have read this story if you were aborted? Thank God your parents didn’t use protection or conceived you by accident. Say No to abortion. If you are not ready to raise a child, just abstain from careless sex.

I need a ‘Mumama’

I don’t know about you, but my female friends are dating rich guys. In many of the conversations that we’ve had, I heard them saying that their boyfriends are from well of families, and they don’t struggle with getting cash.

Well, the way I see their relationships, they’re just perfect. I saw there was not a  problem with traveling to places, communication, going on dates or picnics, meet-ups; I mean, just PERFECT.

I love the way their partners treat them. It’s like a queen treatment. They always get everything they deserved.

That’s why I encourage you to find boyfriends who have money.
