They do. I’ve listened to Luo men speak in meetings and congregations and realized most of them maintain their Luo accents. That raised a question in my mind. Do luo women speak that way?
The answer to that question is YES. It’s just that they don’t speak often in front of people or at gatherings in church.

I don’t know how to put up this point, but I think that instincts are the same as being guided by the spirit of God. And this happens to believers and nonbelievers. The change in mindset also guides you as the spirit. It helps you become disciplined towards a certain goal. Have you ever been in spirit?
